Meet Synopsis

At the GENCFO Meet, we discussed the growing need for agile financial planning as business change becomes continuous. Finance and business leaders are now faced with managing uncertainty at a rapid pace, forcing them to rethink how they operate, plan, and perform.

We explored how to foster a culture of agile planning and decision-making within organisations. Emphasis was placed on ensuring data-driven insights to support better business decisions and the importance of automating manual processes to increase efficiency, improve accuracy, and provide faster access to comprehensive business data.
