In partnership with ACCA, and sponsored by Proactis, the two day virtual event will showcase industry leaders who have become accounting and finance heroes of high-performing, sustainable businesses.
Richard – along with Chris Argent (GENCFO), Selina Butterfield-Mashoofi (Planning, Performance and Capability Finance Director, The Very Group) and Julie Hotchkiss (Executive Director: People and Transformation, ACCA) – will be taking part in the session which will establish the blockers to transformation and how to overcome them. The expert panel will discuss how to change mindsets, empower people and overcome budgetary and legacy challenges to unlock the true power of transformation.
Titled “Hopping hurdles in transformation: how people centred change is the key to success”, the session will be held on Thursday, 9 June.
