For too long implementations of CRM and ERP technology along with Data & Analytics projects have been done the same way with customers waiting months and sometimes years to finish an implementation that often did not then deliver the value that was promised at the start. This was particularly true for businesses in what is defined in the US as the mid-market (below $1 billion in revenue) who were neither large enough to be a priority for the big SIs nor small enough to avoid the need to implement them altogether.
As veterans with years of experience in this sector we felt it was time for a new approach.
