Will I get paid?
It’s up to you. You set your own rates, either per hour or as a package.
Can anyone become a mentor?
Only people who are subscribed to our yearly GENCFO Pro Membership Plan can be a mentor or mentee. When you join, you can sign up at that point. Our membership packages are full of members-only content, talks, reports and research and the mentorship programme is just another benefit of the package.
How many hours do I have to commit to?
It’s entirely up to you - an hour a week or an hour a month, you set the commitment based on what you’re comfortable with.
How do I meet potential mentees?
We use the info mentors and mentees give us in their application form to connect people on various factors. We will propose a new mentee to you for you to accept, or not! And if for whatever reason, there are issues along the way, drop us a line and we’ll help manage it.
